ADHD COACHING
What is ADHD Coaching?
ADHD Coaching is a form of personal coaching designed to support individuals with ADHD. We understand that managing ADHD can be challenging, and those challenges can be amplified by the additional complexities of navigating life as an LGBTQIA+ individual.
Our coaching is a safe, affirming space where you can explore your ADHD and its impact on your personal and professional life, all while embracing your authentic identity. We believe that with the right tools and support, ADHD can become a powerful asset, unlocking creativity, resilience, and innovation.
At ProudMinds, ADHD coaching is a personalised, collaborative process designed to help you better understand your brain, build tools that work for you, and live with greater self-trust and ease. We meet you where you are — with compassion, curiosity, and no pressure to be “neurotypical.”
Here’s what the process usually looks like:
Pre-Coaching
You’ll receive a welcome pack with a coaching agreement, pre-session reflection forms, and a self-assessment wheel to help identify where you’d most like support.
We’ll also ask a few questions about your ADHD experiences, identity, and goals — including how your LGBTQIA+ identity intersects with your neurodivergence, if that’s important to you.
Between Sessions
You’ll get optional check-ins, reflection prompts, and access to a private folder with templates and tools to support your growth.
You can attend our monthly drop-in LGBTQIA+ neurodivergent meetups in London and Brighton for peer connection.
Coaching Sessions
Sessions are 60 minutes and take place online (or in-person if requested).
Each session focuses on a specific area: time, energy, emotions, identity, organisation, relationships, or self-worth.
You’ll explore challenges like task initiation, emotional overwhelm, perfectionism, or burnout — and leave with practical tools tailored to your real life.
We co-create experiments between sessions, such as habit tweaks, mindset shifts, or ADHD-friendly strategies to try.
