SUPPORT GROUPS

Support Groups at ProudMinds

Our support groups are safe, welcoming spaces for LGBTQIA+ people to connect, share, and find community. We offer a range of drop-in sessions designed to support mental health, neurodivergence, identity, and belonging — with no pressure to speak or participate in any specific way.

Drop-ins are informal and flexible: you can come and go as you need, take breaks, and engage at your own pace. Whether you're looking to talk with others who share your experiences or simply want a calm space to be yourself, our groups are here for you.

What to Expect

This is not a structured group or therapy session — it’s a gentle social space built around understanding and community.

We’ll have three zones you can move between freely:

🗣 Talking Zone – chat with others, use optional conversation prompts, or just listen

🎨 Activity Zone – creative activities like drawing, journaling, zine-making, with prompts available

🌿 Quiet Zone – a calm, low-stim environment to rest, stim, or just take a breather

Snacks, drinks, stim toys, and comfy seating provided. Come for the whole time or just a bit — whatever works for you.
