  • Doors open, come in and settle at your own pace.

  • Light snacks, hot drinks, stim toys, and comfy seating available.

  • Visual schedule posted near entrance for easy reference.

  • Optional name/pronoun stickers and a “social battery” sticker system (green = open to chat, red = need quiet).

6:15–6:30 PM – Group Welcome

  • Brief welcome from facilitators (sitting down).

  • Overview of the space, zones, and schedule.

  • Explanation of the 3 zones:

    • Talking Zone – for open conversations with others.

    • Activity Zone – for creative activities, art, journaling, and prompts.

    • Quiet Zone – for relaxation, low-stimulus space, and private reflection.

  • Explanation of prompt tables (optional to use, no need to follow them) – informal conversation starters for those who prefer direction.

6:30–7:30 PM – Free-flowing Drop-In
Move freely between the 3 zones:

  • Talking Zone – Sit and chat with others, share experiences, or just listen.

  • Activity Zone – Creative corner with art supplies, zine-making, journaling materials, and prompts.

  • Quiet Zone – Low-noise area for relaxation, self-reflection, or a break.

Comfort Breaks: Step outside or rest in a quiet corner as needed. No pressure to stay in one area or interact — you’re free to move around based on your mood.

7:30–7:45 PM – Optional Share-Back / Group Wind-Down

  • Opportunity to reflect on the evening or share anything you’ve made.

  • No pressure to speak or participate — feel free to just listen or relax.

  • Feedback available through a short anonymous handout or QR code.

7:45–8:00 PM – Close & Resource Sharing

  • Info table with ADHD and LGBTQIA+ resources.

  • Option to sign up for updates on future events.

  • Gentle goodbye — no rush, leave when you're ready.
